• Serve as a principal technical advisor for customers • Lead operations as the central hub for collaboration • Ensure proactive and effective support • Support clients on CloudFastener introduction for security consulting and assessments • Create solutions that balance business and cybersecurity requirements • Oversee cutting-edge incident response with our elite IR team
🎯 Requirements
• AWS Infrastructure development experience • Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars • External customer-facing experience as a technical lead (nice to have) • Professional oral and written communication skills • Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment • Experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings • Experience applying technical or operational expertise to solve challenges • AWS-related certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional and AWS Certified Security - Specialty (nice to have)
