• The Implementation Consultant I is responsible for the management and oversight of customer projects • Own the "customer experience" and responsible for facilitation of all communication through the phases of the project • Maintains a minimum 95%+ average Client Satisfaction • Ability to perform or coordinate any add-ons as necessary per individual product • We’re excited to hire a new Implementation Consultant who can:

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years experience as an Implementation Consultant or applicable position • Master of core product solution • Ability to move project forward and meeting original timeline expectations a minimum of 80% of the time • Ability to manage small to medium sized product specific contracts • Confident understanding of contracts, SOWs, and terminology and can communicate meaning effectively • Participates in product improvement/review initiatives • Understands at a high-level how CivicPlus products work together • Able to travel and efficiently across a large geographic territory
