Description
• Deliver online training to new customers and assist with implementation planning • Ongoing customer support -- every person at the company makes this a top priority! • Working collaboratively with our product manager, account managers, and sales staff to address customer needs • Managing input and reports with customer relationship management (CRM) system • Creating product training guides and support resources for users
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field • Must be comfortable working with technology and fluent in Microsoft Office • 1-2 years of experience working as an administrator in the ABA industry preferred • Experience providing training and/or professional development on practice management/Operations processes or best practices • Exceptional presentation skills in various virtual settings ranging from 1:1 sessions to audiences of 25+
