Description

•The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in orchestrating seamless transitions for clients migrating from legacy software to our new SaaS platform. •This position is instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring efficient and effective technical implementations. •The role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to understand, refine, and execute migration processes, incorporating direct feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

•EDUCATION: Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business management, or equivalent •EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in client services, project management, training, or consulting •Demonstrated technical expertise with 1-3 years of experience in systems administration, systems support, database administration, or software programming. •Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with a focus on providing timely updates to project stakeholders. •Direct experience in the software/services solutions market, preferably within the real estate industry. •High level of energy and commitment to team objectives, with a sense of urgency and initiative. •Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. •Familiarity with change management principles and processes. •Attention to detail and proficiency in data collection, cleansing, validation, and integration techniques. •Familiarity with Bookkeeping and Accounting best practices would be an asset
