Description
• The Implementation Consultant I is responsible for the management of customer projects. • Coordinates efforts between the customer and CivicPlus departments. • Owns the “customer experience” and ensures successful delivery of assigned projects.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Implementation Consultant or applicable position • Master of core product solution • Maintain a minimum 95%+ Client Satisfaction average • Manage small to medium contracts effectively • Understanding of contracts and SOWs is essential.
