📋 Description

• As an Implementation Manager on our Professional Services team, you’ll own, manage and complete all aspects of the implementation of Versapay’ Accounts Receivable Efficiency Suite for clients. • You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers across several verticals, sizes, ERPs, etc. • You’re a maestro when it comes to client and project management – super-organized and time-management is second nature to you; so are project management tools. • Reporting to the Director of Implementation Services, you will lead multiple simultaneous client project, ensuring time execution of ongoing client deliverables and developing solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains or clients. • You will also collaborate with our Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success and Customer Care teams to ensure the most streamlined implementation experience and most effective product adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of project experience working with financial systems implementations. • Experience in SaaS and in a customer-facing role. Bonus points if you’ve worked in the billing, ERP, finance or accounting space. • Experience managing a portfolio of clients and multiple projects.
