• Seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer for XTruLink team. • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams for technical solutions. • Maintain relationships with clients for ongoing support and updates. • Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients. • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for users.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience with Blackbaud applications (Altru, RE NXT, Blackbaud CRM, etc.). • Experience with software implementation and/or technical support. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to users of all skill levels. • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects. • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
