Description

• You don’t build a business. You build people, and people build the business. • Flex Technology Group, and our family of companies, put people first. • The Implementation Specialist supports external clients through software and product installation and implementation of new customer onboardings or existing customers for complex deployments. • The IS gathers customer requirements for planning, developing scope of works for the project, and executing on the deployment. • They create project rollout schedules that meet customer needs and business requirements. • The IS will work with internal teams to complete delivery of solutions in a timely manner that meets or exceeds customer expectations. • Communication is maintained between all stakeholders throughout the implementation, including with clients, delivery partners, technicians, and warehouses. • They create dashboards to give high level visibility of the status on the implementation. • Post-implementation, the IS will ensure equipment is reporting and equipment records are updated properly and added to customer contracts. • 10% out-of-state travel may be required.

Requirements

• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. • 1+ years’ experience in project management and/or implementation role. • Strong customer service skills and experience required. • Excellent attention to detail. • Desire to learn, grow, and develop. • Strong problem solving, decision-making abilities; ability to anticipate problems and create solutions. • Capacity to prioritize, manage, and organize workload in a fast-paced environment. • Solid written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to understand process dependencies and relationships. • 3 years’ experience in project management and/or implementation role preferred. • 1 year of industry related experience preferred. • Great understanding of stakeholder management and ownership and applying it in the work context preferred. • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills preferred.
