Description

• The Solutions Director will set the vision and guide the direction of product strategy • Oversee the solution lifecycle and align vision with the company's strategy • Define markets and strategies based on experience and stakeholder contact • Manage entire solution line lifecycle from planning, execution to end-of-life • Drive cross-sell focus and identify upsell opportunities for the solution • Conduct market research to support priorities with data and analyze partner opportunities • Develop a vision, marketing plan, sales plan, product strategy plan and roadmap • Collaborate with product strategy department to improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fields relating to business, marketing, or social sciences or comparable experience preferred • 8+ years of related industry or position experience such as product management or broad business management • Product Management experience required • Knowledgeable in marketing trends • Experience with market and customer research • Strong operational background and track record of making data-driven decisions • Must be able to meet deadlines • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Self-starter and results oriented • Ability to work effectively within a team
