• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring AI enabled applications into a live product. • Deliver high quality models that meet or exceed AI regulations. • Provide hands-on guidance during the lifecycle of a data science project. • Coach data scientists on goal setting and career growth. • Ensure successful delivery of data science projects, managing resources and timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience of practical experience in data science and machine learning, including deep learning and natural language processing • 3+ years of experience as a data science manager • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives and manage projects requiring cross-team coordination • Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Enthusiasm for identifying and solving real-world problems with data and models, ideally with a background in the insurance or healthcare industries • Commitment to integrity in leadership - maintaining high standards of performance while demonstrating empathy and concern for others
