Description

• The Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) will be responsible for planning, development, implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance test cases for CLARA`s premier and high-growth document intelligence product s. • This role will adhere to and promote quality assurance methods, best practices and procedures to ensure all information systems and data solutions meet minimum company standards, and end-user requirements, and are free from defects. • The Quality Analyst will plan, document, and execute quality assurance (QA) testing towards the processed outputs and insights from claims-related documents to ensure high accuracy rates (or quality) of our document intelligence product offering. • Analyzing and monitoring the performance of CLARA `s document intelligence products • Developing and implementing test plans and business uses cases for product • Reviewing and approve use cases and testing results , particularly in a medical/clinical context • Develop , implement and track test metrics and results • Working closely with the product and CSM teams on the design and development of new product features and functions • Create and maintain product documentation and tutorials • Develop and implement new processes and procedures for new QA tools to automate testing

Requirements

• 5 + years of professional work experience • Insurance Injury / Workers Comp / Clinical / Nursing background is preferred • Strong QA management skills • Strong project management / PMO and analytical skills • Proficiency with Microsoft and project management software • Business acumen and ability to conduct / implement QA process and procedures • Experience in P&C insurance , specifically in claims adjusting is a plus • Experience with a AIaaS provider a plus • Experience in consulting a plus • Experience in QA data visualization/dashboarding, and report generation a plus • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment. • Good problem-solving skills with a project management and analytical mindset and a team player attitude • Certification a plus: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Quality Assurance Professional (CQAP), ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL), Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE), Certified Instrumentation Specialist (CIS)
