This involves working with customers and our Design/Engineering teams to solve some of the most important and challenging problems in business and enterprise software. • About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead two critical product areas: the Dialer product and the Groove Administration and APIs team. This strategic role requires a blend of leadership, and deep technical expertise to drive development and execution of product vision and roadmap. You’ll be collaborating closely with our engineering teams based in Poland along with the North American team as well. • This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland and be able to travel to the office in Kraków as needed.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a relevant enterprise SaaS environment • Demonstrated expertise in platform development, with a portfolio of successful products • Experience working with enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements • History of bringing new products and features to market from end to end • Familiarity with agile development practices such as Scrum, SAFe, or similar • Familiarity with building developer oriented products such as APIs • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to lead and communicate effectively with engineering teams and technical stakeholders • Proven ability to synthesize customer insights, market trends, and technical possibilities into a compelling product vision and strategy • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and influencing at all levels within an organization
