Description

• Reporting to the Manager, Solutions Consulting, the Solution Consultant will be a key member in building a scalable framework and team for software demonstrations that speak to customer needs and values. • Craft focused sales demonstrations for a large range of State and Local Government agencies. • Work alongside a team of product managers, product engineers, and sales professionals to provide unforgettable first impressions of Clariti Solutions to customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful Sales Engineer experience in a SaaS environment • Experience with the Salesforce platform • Ability to build a shared understanding of customer needs and motivations among members of cross-functional teams. • Excellent, flexible, time management with skilled independent organization • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills – solution oriented. • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, superb critical listening skills • Exceptional technical project management skills, including planning, scheduling, executing, and monitoring.
