Description

• Reports to: Director, Professional Services • Department: Professional Services • Role is a software onboarding expert and project manager for customers implementing ShipHawk. • Focuses on delivering a high-quality customer implementation experience, guiding customers through onboarding with effective communication and project management.

Requirements

• 1-3 years implementing and/or supporting supply chain execution systems • Curious and quick learner, with a healthy dose of initiative • Excellent time management skills, able to efficiently prioritize tasks and remain flexible • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and analyze problems without extensive context • Experience working in a fast paced environment with an ability to create a positive customer experience • Ability to multitask using a variety of different programs and platforms

Benefits
