Description

• Join our Solutions & Services team at data.world, enhancing channel partners’ capabilities. • Serve as the primary technical resource for channel partners, responding to technical queries. • Develop tailored enablement programs and lead technical presentations at industry events. • Support partners technically in opportunity discovery and service delivery. • Develop comprehensive training and certification programs for channel partners. • Create engaging training materials to boost partners’ technical understanding. • Represent our company at conventions, enhancing partner engagement. • Maintain regular interaction with partners to assess ongoing training needs. • Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. • Be prepared to travel up to 40% within the US for training sessions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in technical roles or customer-facing consulting positions, with 3+ years as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer. • Strong technical knowledge of data catalogs, data governance processes, and tools, particularly those that enhance report monitoring and AI capabilities. • Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts and instruct various audiences, tailored to partner needs. • Proven experience in developing structured training programs and instructional design. • Robust project management skills, capable of handling multiple training initiatives simultaneously. • Experience with LLMs, AI, and their applications in data management. • Familiarity with RDF, SPARQL, and other semantic web technologies. • Experience in the data governance, catalog, and quality ecosystem. • Knowledge of large-scale enterprise architecture and common technology stacks used in data management. • A basic grasp of the principles of LLMs and AI, especially as they apply to data processes.
