Requirements

• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate across departments and vendors to achieve CPA and Program recruitment objectives. • Strategic Thinking: the capacity to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with CPA goals, marketing trends, and proprietary and secondary research. • Social Media Strategy: develop and execute comprehensive social media content to increase program visibility and engagement across platforms. • Analytical Skills: proficiency in analyzing market data, consumer behavior, and campaign and website performance such as Google Analytics, paid media, and email results. • Website content strategy: ability to oversee user interface design and implementation of strategies to improve customer engagement, ensuring all touchpoints reflect brand values and program goals. • Communication Skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present marketing plans and creativity. • Team Collaboration: ability to foster collaboration and communication among internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. • Adaptability: ability to adapt quickly to the changing clean energy market and internal priorities. This includes the capacity to be creative with the resources available, finding innovative solutions, and maximizing impact within budget constraints. • Project Management: strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, delegating tasks and strategic planning. • Be culturally competent and comfortable with multicultural content to engage different customer segments (Experience managing multi-language marketing materials a plus) • Strong understanding and practice of translating complex topics into engaging and informative content • Ability to develop various content such as webpages, videos, and paid media assets that encourage action.
