📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are looking for experienced Real Estate Social Media Managers to plan, create, and implement social media and marketing initiatives for Real Estate agents, as well as assist with various administrative tasks. • Responsibilities include social media management and engagement, updating social media posts, implementing digital marketing campaigns, creating marketing materials, conducting market research, and tracking KPIs.
🎯 Requirements
• College educated • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application • Real estate experience is a must • Social media management and/or marketing experience • Photo and video editing experience, graphic design experience • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice) • Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps) • Transaction coordination experience is a plus but not required • Please submit a portfolio or work sample of Social Media / Marketing materials you have created.
