Description

• Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. • Successful candidates will reside in Tennessee. • Identifies opportunities for cross-functional or cross-company process / protocol improvement and implements and coordinates them. • May be responsible for multiple contract / sub-contractor relationships that have a significant impact to overall company performance. • Accountable for budget management for a significant process or initiative at the practice or company level. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, marketing, finance) to coordinate and manage projects.

Requirements

• 6 years of relevant industry experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain project efficiency • Experience utilizing project management software such as Asana, Jira, or Basecamp to organize and track projects.
