• Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone. • Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals. • Complete transactional sales through closing. • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and close business. • Adhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures. • Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed.
• Must currently hold an active health insurance license. • Minimum of 1 year AEP Experience. • Experience selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred. • Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone. • Excellent computer software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills). • Strong communication skills. • High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred. • Call center experience preferred. • Must be flexible in hours you are able to work (possible weekends). • Must be able to work 50hr/week during the final 2 weeks of AEP. • Ability to work from home with access to a private workspace and reliable home internet.
