β’ High School diploma or equivalent β’ 0-5 years of sales experience, preferably in Call Center, Customer Service, or Telecommunications β’ Proficiency in reading, writing, and interpreting written material β’ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills β’ The ability to sit at a workstation for a long duration using a computer and headset in a call center environment β’ Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications β’ Must meet Home Office Requirements for remote positions: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently β’ Access to a quiet, distraction-free work area ensuring privacy β’ Adequate workspace including a steady surface and comfortable chair β’ Proper lighting and working smoke/carbon monoxide detectors β’ Fast and reliable internet service (partially covered for employees within Clearwave Fiber's footprint)
