• About Cleo: At Cleo, we're building a mission to fundamentally change humanity's relationship with money. • Cleo is a profitable, fast-growing unicorn with over $200 million in ARR and growing over 2x year-over-year. • As a Talent Sourcer, you'll be a key part of our Talent Team, focusing on proactively identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top talent across a variety of functions. • Your role will be crucial in developing strong talent pipelines and ensuring we attract and connect with exceptional candidates. • Responsibilities include proactively sourcing candidates through direct outreach, partnering with recruiters, maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging data-driven strategies, championing diversity, and refining sourcing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing with a strong ability to engage and attract passive candidates across various functions. • Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray searching, and social media sourcing. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within tech, product, or other dynamic industries. • A data-driven approach, using sourcing metrics and hiring insights to continuously improve effectiveness. • A candidate-first mindset, ensuring an outstanding experience for every person we engage with. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and build relationships with passive talent. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and eager to experiment with new sourcing strategies.
