• Administers patient centered Physical Therapy treatment under supervision • Observes, communicates and documents patient progress • Plans and organizes therapeutic programs with patient/family • Provides education on Physical Therapy to patients and community
Requirements
• Associate's degree or certificate required • Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant Program accredited by APTA • Current State licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA • Valid Ohio Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage (for Homecare only)
