📋 Description
• Work a base schedule of 30 hours a week, including: 20 hours dedicated to therapy sessions • Provide weekly psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 • Participate in weekly 1-on-1 case consultations, weekly team consultations, and ongoing professional development programming • Complete clinical notes and documentation in a timely manner • Communicate with your client’s pediatricians and family members as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed mental health professionals with at least 3 years post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy • Active unrestricted license in California • Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT) • Ability to work independently with a strong interest in collaboration and learning • Clinical experience working with young people and their families • Knowledge of and/or some training in evidence based mental health treatments • Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including Zoom, Office, electronic health record systems, and other team collaboration tools
