Description

• Oversee and manage all daily financial operations at Climate Farmers. • Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely billing. • Oversee receivables management, including tracking and collection. • Handle expense management, including tracking and reporting. • Lead accounting activities for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close. • Review and verify payroll for accuracy and compliance. • Approve and track budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance. • Solid experience in company controlling or financial management, ideally with Datev UO. • Familiarity with the whole Google Suite and preferably experienced with Spendesk. • Strong organisational skills to set tasks and timelines and create efficient processes. • Diligent nature with attention to detail and ability to identify errors. • Self-organised with effective time management skills. • Creative problem-solver. • Excellent communication skills to manage external service providers. • Fluent in German and English. • Experience with German non-profit laws is a plus.
