📋 Description

• The Director of Partner Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution of Delinea’s partner strategy • Responsible for overseeing the global operational framework that supports our partnerships • Ensures alignment with business objectives • Instrumental in translating the strategic vision into actionable plans • Drives implementation and ensures successful execution across all operational facets • Focuses on the development, implementation, and ownership of processes that enhance partner engagement and operational efficiency • Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Systems, and Customer Success teams to align partner initiatives with company objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partner operations, channel management, or a related role within the technology sector; 3+ years of experience in supporting a global program • Proven track record of managing complex partner relationships and driving operational excellence • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with Delinea’s products is a plus
