β€’ CloudBees is the leading software delivery platform that enables enterprises to deliver scalable, compliant, and secure software, empowering developers to do their best work. β€’ Jenkins is the worldwide standard for DevOps Continuous Integration with 200,000 installations worldwide and over 1 million users. β€’ CloudBees is the #1 contributor to the open source Jenkins project and is the Enterprise version of Jenkins. β€’ CloudBees is looking for an Strategic Account Executive in Silicon Valley, Denver, or Phoenix to join the CloudBees sales organization. β€’ This key member of the sales organization will be responsible for generating, developing and closing new CloudBees on-premise solutions. β€’ By making the development and delivery process more productive, manageable and hassle-free, CloudBees puts companies on the fastest path to transforming their great ideas into great software.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Typically 8-10+ years experience in enterprise IT or software sales experience in the United States. β€’ Ideal candidate will have experience within the fields of DevOps related software, Java middleware and/or open source software. β€’ Can-Do attitude. β€’ Experience in selling complex deals into multiple stakeholders in the organizations with demonstrated TCO/ROI, financially justified business case proposal experience. β€’ A proactive, hands-on individual able to command the respect of the entire organization through leadership, intelligence, coachability and adaptability, integrity, curiosity, creativity, hard work and presence. β€’ Team player - track record of building positive relationships with peers and others within the company. β€’ Practical experience with MEDDPICC deal qualification framework. β€’ Continuous and thoughtful listener and communicator; able to learn from customers and leverage input. β€’ Proven track record of over-achieving sales goals. β€’ Understanding of Salesforce.com and other sales tools (SalesLoft, 6sense, etc.).
