📋 Description

• About CloudBees: Enables enterprises to deliver scalable, compliant, and secure software, empowering developers to do their best work. • CloudBees is more than a tool—it's a strategic partner in your cloud transformation journey. • Lead the Marketing Operations team and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. • Manage our marketing tech stack, overseeing and optimizing marketing processes, and driving efficiency across marketing functions. • Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to align marketing operations with overall business goals. • Oversee the selection, implementation, optimization, and integration of marketing technologies. • Lead, mentor, train and develop a high-performing marketing operations team. • Collaborate with Finance and Marketing leadership to develop and manage marketing operations budget and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred); or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 15+ years of experience in Marketing Operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a B2B SaaS organization. • Proven track record in marketing operations and driving efficiency/effectiveness. • Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape (including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, etc), analytics and best practices. • Hands-on and proven experience in architecting and developing foundational marketing technologies (e.g. 6Sense, Marketo, Salesforce, Gong, etc.) • Excellent proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using insights to drive decision-making. • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing, motivating and developing a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional collaboration, and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
