ā€¢ Be the face of Cloudbeds in your local market ā€¢ Analyze opportunities by researching the industry and market trends in your assigned region ā€¢ Identify business opportunities with new prospective clients (i.e. NOT account management) ā€¢ Develop partner relationships ā€¢ Prepare lead lists and cold call prospects ā€¢ Deliver compelling virtual demonstrations to showcase Cloudbeds solution ā€¢ Visit local properties & events to demonstrate our SaaS (< 20% of your time)

Requirements

ā€¢ Expertise in outbound and cold-calling techniques ā€¢ Self-motivation and results focus ā€¢ Excitement for new technology and a strong technical aptitude ā€¢ Business acumen ā€¢ Great phone presence with the ability to engage and excite potential customers ā€¢ Proven sales and negotiation ability with a track record of exceeding targets ā€¢ Time management and organizational skills ā€¢ The ability and the will to challenge the status quo ā€¢ Nice to have: Familiarity with SaaS technologies ā€¢ Multilingual Hospitality lodging experience
