Description
• The Cloudburst Group supports government programs for low-income and vulnerable populations. • The Grants Management Specialist will manage grant programs from application to compliance. • Ideal candidate should have familiarity with HUD grants management processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field with 3-5 years of experience; OR Master’s degree with 1-2 years of related work experience. • Ability to pass a federal background check. • Experience with federal grants management. • Familiarity with the design and operation of analysis and reporting systems for federal grants using commercial off-the-shelf software such as Microsoft Office, SQL Server, or Microsoft PowerBI. • Experience analyzing data from federal grant reporting for compliance and risk assessment. • Flexibility, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently as a team player is required. • Experience in technical writing, or writing up quantitative analyses. • Solid attention to detail. • Willingness to collaborate and work in remote team settings is required.
