β’ We are seeking an experienced and proactive Community Manager to join the STON.fi DEX team. β’ This role is pivotal in transforming our online presence into an active and vibrant community hub. β’ The ideal candidate will excel at fostering meaningful conversations, encouraging member interactions, and crafting compelling posts to engage our audience across multiple social platforms.
β’ Proven experience in community management and social media for tech, crypto, or blockchain projects. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian. β’ Strong understanding of social platforms and their dynamics, including Telegram, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, and YouTube. β’ Creativity and the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse crypto audiences. β’ Track record of successfully growing and engaging online communities. β’ Knowledge of crypto and DeFi ecosystems is a strong advantage. β’ Data-driven approach with experience analyzing engagement metrics and community sentiment. β’ Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. β’ If you are passionate about building vibrant communities and enhancing engagement within the crypto and DeFi space, we would love to hear from you!
