Requirements

β€’ Solid training in Customer Success with examples of customer results. β€’ Clear approach to Customer Success, principles of client relationship building, and successful renewal processes. β€’ Direct experience with 5-6 figure accounts. β€’ Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Radically curious and skilled in deep active listening. β€’ Fearless in executive communication to Hosts and internal leaders. β€’ Desire to drive impact in 2024 and beyond.
