• Cloudflare is seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer to solve complex problems • Work with customers on technical support issues • Collaborate with the Technical Operations team • Focus on supporting Content Delivery products like Zero Trust, Workers, and CDN
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role • Experience solving DNS and other networking-related problems • Understanding of how the Internet works • Experience with Identity and Access Management protocols (SSO, SAML, OAuth, etc.) • Supporting and troubleshooting multi-factor mechanisms (TOTP, SMS, FIDO, etc.) • Thrived in a support role where problem resolution was key • Comfortable communicating through various support channels • Motivated self-starter looking to expand skillset • Flexibility to work holidays and rotational weekend shifts
