• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. • Report directly to our Head of Growth and contribute to the success of a thriving organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Ability to write and craft messages without direction. • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a demonstrable track record of success. • Strong understanding of paid advertising (PPC) best practices. • Proficiency in tracking and tag management platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager). • Solid foundation in SEO principles and practices, including experience with WordPress for SEO optimization. • Experience with marketing automation tools and a desire to streamline processes. • Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics. • Working knowledge of social media advertising platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager. • Familiarity with Canva for basic image editing is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • A portfolio showcasing past marketing projects and accomplishments. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team. • A strong work ethic, a passion for learning, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
