Description

• To strategically source, develop and tactically execute a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities, engaging with key stakeholders to win opportunities that will contribute to the long-term growth and profitability of the Company. • To successfully manage the generation, nurturing and tracking of qualified leads into the sales process and through to a winning conclusion. • To uncover the compelling reasons why customers buy and partner with the customer to achieve mutual goals. • To deliver focused sales and marketing plans/campaigns in conjunction with other stakeholders that create a sense of urgency and shorten the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Degree qualification (Preferred) or equivalent experience in an engineering, technical-related, Sales, Marketing or business qualification. • Experience of working in a sales orientated role with a sound understanding and use of sales strategies and methodologies. • Experience of working in / selling into UK Energy manufacturing environments, ideally representing a CNC businesses and selling machining capacity and capability. • Creating sales plans and working with others to drive sales and deliver sales and profit targets. • Sales pipeline management, specifically in new business opportunities. • Proven track record of winning new business. • Strong evidence of network development and management at multiple business levels. • Targeting and actively selling in multi-product / complex solution environments. • Experience of campaign management. • Strong commercial acumen with contractual exposure. • Track record of winning new business in the Energy manufacturing arena. • Project Management experience. • CRM (or equivalent) experience.

Benefits

• Home based / Fully Remote (UK Only) • Expected travel to customer sites and CloudNC sites occasionally when required (London/Chelmsford)
