📋 Description
• Join a nimble Clover legal team to address novel legal issues creatively. • Manage actual and threatened litigation; assess litigation and regulatory risk. • Develop risk mitigation strategies and assist in drafting contracts.
🎯 Requirements
• J.D degree from an accredited law school. • At least four years of litigation and/or internal investigations experience. • Experience working with health insurance clients, familiar with AKS, FCA, and HIPAA. • Experience helping clients develop strategies to mitigate litigation and regulatory risk.
