• Responsibilities include daily activities in the Revenue Quality Assurance team • Analytical reporting and detail analysis on client data • Revenue analysis at product level • Identifying process efficiencies • Supporting internal/external audits • Establishing and managing internal controls • Improving operational workflows • Investigating quality issues and corrective actions • Testing efficiencies within revenue workflows • Assisting with quality control changes

Requirements

• 5+ Years experience with Internal and External Audits • 4+ Years experience with Reconciliation and Analysis • 3+ Years of Accounting experience, including Billing and Accounts Receivable • 4 year college degree in Business, Finance or other related field or 6 years combined experience in Audit, Reconciliations, Billing and Contracts. • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) • Working experience with Power Bi • Strong Analytical skills • Ability to implement process controls • Ability to work independently • Ability to manage multiple projects, work in fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines • Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in making decisions • Strong Organizational Skills • Advance verbal and written communication skills • Adapts to and encourages change
