Description

• Act as a true leader and facilitator of Agile events and team dynamics • Drive continuous improvement within the team with a focus on agile principles • Protect the team from interruptions and manage internal escalations • Coach the team to align with program standards • Develop concise product backlog items with the Product Owner • Mentor less tenured Scrum Masters in Agile techniques • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Agile Certification preferred • 10+ years of hands-on experience preferably as a Scrum Master or similar role • Experience in systems or financial services environment preferred • Agile certification is required • Advanced experience with Agile tools within Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar applications • Technically savvy on software development terminology is a plus. • Experience with managing large scale technology projects
