Description

• The Sr. Scrum Master helps build high-performing teams by supporting product delivery utilizing Agile principles. • Teaches Agile practices, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, and shields the team from distractions. • Brings team and Product Owner together to understand roles and objectives. • Acts as a personal coach for team members and seeks continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years Scrum Master experience. • Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe Scrum Master certifications preferred. • Delivery or software development background. • Experience in Agile principles and managing teams/dynamics.
