Requirements

• 5+ Years Project Management experience with a certification (PMP, CSM, Prince) or 7+ Years of Project Management experience without certification • 7+ Years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment • 2+ Years of experience working in the Cyber Security or Professional Services Industries • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree plus equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study. • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving problems and making decisions • Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
