• As the Executive Assistant to the Senior Property Manager at Coastline Equity, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of properties to the highest standards. • Provide critical support to the Senior Property Manager, ensuring operations, projects, and processes are executed efficiently. • Crucial in resolving tenant issues promptly and empathetically, anticipating potential concerns, • Assist in managing portfolio holistically, adhering to company deadlines. • Maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors through effective communication and customer service.

Requirements

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic who can juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Advanced English • Proficiency in MS Office • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • A collaborative mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
