Requirements

• Previous experience as an HR generalist or specialist, with a strong focus on recruitment and administration. • Detail-oriented and organized. • Basic knowledge of HR systems and databases. • Good communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the company. • Familiarity with labor law and HR best practices in California is a plus. • Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
