Description

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to scout for property owners interested in selling their properties. • Research and follow up on expired listings to identify potential leads. • Set appointments with potential clients for the sales team. • Contact and nurture leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely and professional communication. • Utilize Microsoft 365 and CRM systems to track leads, manage appointments, and update client information. • Learn and efficiently use the IXACT CRM platform in daily tasks. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions, focusing on customer satisfaction. • Handle rejection with resilience and maintain enthusiasm for cold calling and lead generation. • Consistently follow up with leads and potential clients to build relationships and close deals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably within the real estate industry. • Sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
