Description

β€’ Develop and execute integrated marketing plans closely with demand gen and sales, aligned to company growth objectives and new customer acquisition. β€’ Build multi-touch campaigns to help take prospects through the buyer journey, leveraging multiple channels and tactics, such as webinars, events, email, social, SEM, display advertising, retargeting, and content syndication that generates a consistent flow of marketing qualified leads. β€’ Be accountable for regional demand generation goals (MQLs, PQOs, SQOs) and lead flow to ensure lead volume and funnel efficiencies are optimized and aligned with pipeline goals. β€’ Develop conversion optimization strategies to drive pre-qual apps into sales qual apps and closed-won. β€’ Own the content for campaigns, including reports, eBooks, white papers, infographics, promotional offers, and more. β€’ Leverage account-based marketing and selling tactics as an efficient way to drive demand. β€’ Develop programs to nurture leads and deliver them to the sales/lead development team. β€’ Own enablement of the sales development representatives for your regional campaigns and track lead follow-up for leads in your region. β€’ Act as primary marketing contact with local sales team and leaders, including regular participation in sales team calls, in-person meetings, and planning sessions. β€’ Work closely with Product Marketing to identify additional assets and content required for effective local demand-generation programs to support the buyer's journey. β€’ Monitor regional marketing plan metrics; incorporate learnings into programs.

Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience with a focus on demand generation or regional marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment. β€’ Experience planning and executing field marketing strategies and events. β€’ Demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing strategies, tactics, technologies, and campaign measurement. β€’ Deep understanding of the demand waterfall and conversion optimization strategies. β€’ Strong sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your programs and communicate your results back to the organization. β€’ Strong cross-functional team/project management, interpersonal, and influencing skills. β€’ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights that drive campaign optimization and improve lead-generation outcomes. β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging, conversion-focused content. β€’ Excellent organizational skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Experience utilizing Salesforce, 6sense, and other CRM/automation tools required. β€’ Proficiency in HubSpot and Asana is required.
