• Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive qualified leads and enhance audience targeting • Deploy and manage email marketing campaigns by setting up drip campaigns, trigger emails, and A/B testing, ensuring technical accuracy and effective segmentation to drive demand generation and lead nurturing • Deploy and distribute content and paid advertising across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot), including setup and technical configuration • Enhance website content and user experience (UX/UI) to improve visitor engagement and conversion rates • SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and visibility • Contribute to the development and refinement of the marketing budget, strategy, and plan to align with BrandActive’s growth objectives and business goals • Manage the marketing automation platform (HubSpot), including lead capture, lead scoring, and campaign tracking, while overseeing marketing operations for system efficiency and effectiveness • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing data, generating insights and data-driven stories to inform senior leadership and support continuous strategy refinement • Act as the primary contact for technical marketing vendors (e.g., Ensure the effective integration and performance of third-party marketing tools and platforms
• 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation, email marketing and campaign management • Expertise in managing paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and lead nurturing strategies • Proven track record managing external agencies and vendor relationships • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing analytics tools to tell data-driven stories • Highly collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a self-starter mentality • Strong sense of curiosity and eagerness to continually learn and adapt to new challenges • Hands-on experience with ad management platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, Introhive), and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
