β€’ Please put "Paid Media is cool" as the first line of your cover letter or as your headline or your application will be disqualified. β€’ As an Associate Director of Paid Media, you will lead the development and execution of advanced paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and LinkedIn. β€’ You will manage high-profile accounts, optimize performance, and ensure successful campaign delivery while providing strategic direction to your team. β€’ Additionally, you will manage team members, analyze performance data, and stay updated on the latest industry trends to drive innovative and impactful results for clients. β€’ This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a passion for delivering excellence in paid media.

Requirements

β€’ You are someone who: β€’ Can independently own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. β€’ Takes charge of your accounts with minimal oversight, proactively solving problems and navigating roadblocks. β€’ Possesses a strong understanding of how creativity influences performance and is able to leverage those insights for maximum impact. β€’ Constantly stays updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and new tools and techniques to enhance effectiveness. β€’ Actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and performance for both yourself and the people team at large. β€’ Adapts quickly to changing circumstances demonstrating flexibility and an open attitude towards new approaches and strategies. β€’ Enjoys leading and mentoring others and is comfortable providing constructive feedback β€’ Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms for lead gen and/or ecommerce clients (both is a plus!). β€’ Independently manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision, ensuring all campaigns meet client KPIs and business goals. β€’ Regularly communicate with clients about performance and address any concerns that arise. β€’ Troubleshoot issues using available tools and resources, showing a strong ability to self-solve and learn. β€’ Analyze data (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and turn insights into actionable strategies to optimize performance. β€’ Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-performing ads and assets are utilized. β€’ Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in paid media, applying new knowledge to improve campaign results. β€’ Run A/B tests and take calculated risks to drive positive results for your clients. β€’ Manage, mentor, and assist junior team members, providing guidance and oversight of their accounts. β€’ Hold weekly 1:1s with direct reports, support personal development goals, and conduct performance reviews.
