Description

• The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation of lens processing and vision diagnostic systems to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. • Works closely with staff from engineering, operations, sales, and customer service to install winning products. • Conducting flawless installs, effective product training, site monitoring, and ongoing technical support and field service. • Requires proficiency in understanding product features and benefits, software requirements, and interconnectivity issues.

Requirements

• Technically proficient with system troubleshooting and repair. • Solid self-management skills with sound common sense. • Ability to discuss effectively and confidently technical issues with management, associates, and customers. • "Can do" winning attitude and passion, goal-driven, drive for success. • Skilled in report writing with emphasis on MS Word and Excel. • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral); polite, courteous, and professional in appearance. • Ability to develop influential relationships with multiple levels within an organization and with customers. • Ability and willingness to travel worldwide (domestic and international). • Possession of valid driver’s license, credit card with sufficient line of credit, and passport in order to travel without restrictions.
