Description
• Troubleshoot equipment issues via telephone/video. • Diagnose mechanical/electrical problems using technical drawings/schematics. • Create/maintain cases, work orders, and other documentation. • Assist in the development of technical and training documentation. • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on beverage dispensing equipment. • Research and resolve issues for customers and business partners.
Requirements
• High school diploma; GED equivalent • At least 3+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role • Knowledge of equipment installation requirements. • Knowledge and application of dispensing equipment installation principles. • Basic to advanced computer skills to navigate multiple systems. • Customer-focused actions and sustainable relationships. • Basic knowledge of heating and refrigeration principles. • Basic electricity knowledge.
