Description

• The role provides management for the development and execution of all market activation programs. • It includes analyzing and translating brand plans into effective market activation. • The role partners with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize market activation. • Comfortable with budget management and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field. • 8+ years of work experience leading teams in marketing activations across geographies in a complex, global marketing environment. • Ability to develop diverse network/resources to leverage "best in class" knowledge, approaches, and processes. • Experience in brand strategy and application across channels in local markets and shopper messaging. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and influence others. • Strong written and oral communication skills, effective time manager, and self-starter.
