Description

• The Senior Director, Customer Solutions will lead a team that serves as the supply chain single point of contact and strategic business partner for North America Operating Unit (NAOU). • This position will collaborate with sales teams, key business operations and independent bottlers to develop and manage execution of joint Customer and Coca-Cola initiatives. • Serve as a sales team and customer representative on various NAOU transition work streams and major transition work streams. • Provide strategic direction and guidance to direct reports for performing their objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 10 years of relevant work experience including people management • 5 years of supply chain and/or sales/field operations experience • MBA or equivalent preferred • 15+ years of relevant work experience preferred • 10+ years of supply chain and/or sales/field operations experience preferred
