β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions β€’ Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs β€’ Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and Adobe consultants to drive solution design and implementation β€’ Define and document business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications β€’ Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Adobe solutions, ensuring seamless integration across AEM, AEP CDP, CJA, Workfront, Analytics, and Target β€’ Support change management efforts, user adoption, and training to maximize the value of Adobe Experience Cloud products β€’ Ensure compliance with best practices, governance policies, and industry standards for data security and privacy β€’ Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions with agile development teams

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), AEP (Adobe Experience Platform), Workfront, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target β€’ Experience defining and managing digital marketing and content strategies within enterprise environments β€’ Hands-on experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align business and technical teams β€’ Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies in a digital marketing or enterprise setting β€’ 7–10 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or digital marketing technology roles β€’ Proven experience leading enterprise-level MarTech implementations and digital transformation initiatives β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
